My Events
My Events narrows everything down to the events you’re involved in: ones you manage, are a named participant on, or belong to through any of the event’s teams. Your own held slots — pending requests still awaiting approval — appear too, marked tentative.
On the calendar
Open Filter above the calendar and turn on Only my events. In any view, the calendar then shows just your events, and a My events chip appears so the narrowed scope is obvious at a glance. Turn it off to see the whole schedule again. Like the other filters, it stays applied as you change dates or switch views.
On your Home page
Your Home page has a My Events panel: a running agenda of your upcoming events, grouped by day. Tap any one to open its details. It’s the quickest way to see what’s next without opening the full calendar — especially on a phone.
Hiding one of your own events
On an event you manage, the details panel has a Show on My Events checkbox, on by default. Uncheck it to keep that event off your My Events — the calendar scope, the Home panel, and your subscription (below). It only affects your view: people who are on the event through their own participation or team still see it. See Event details.
Subscribe in your calendar app
You can follow My Events in Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, or Outlook so it stays up to date on its own. From the account menu — your name in the top-right corner — choose Settings, then:
- Copy your personal subscription link, or use Add to calendar app to hand the
webcal://link straight to your calendar. - In your calendar app, choose “Subscribe to calendar” or “Add from URL” and paste the link.
- The subscription carries the same events as My Events — confirmed events plus your held slots — and cancellations drop off automatically.
Your link is private: anyone who has it can see your events, so keep it to yourself. If it ever leaks, Regenerate link replaces it — the old link stops working everywhere you’ve added it, so you’ll re-add the new one in each calendar app.
