Calendar views

The five views

The view switcher at the top right of the calendar offers:

• Day — one day as a timeline. Best for reading a busy day hour by hour.
• Week — seven day columns. Click a day’s header to widen it in place when overlapping events get cramped; click again to collapse.
• Month — a grid of event chips per day. Days with more events than fit show “+N more”; click any day to jump to its Day view.
• Year — a bird’s-eye grid of weekly patterns. Events that repeat on the same weekday in the same room appear as vertical blocks; one-off events appear as dots.
• List — an agenda grouped by day, with higher-priority event types listed first within each day.

Moving between dates

Use the ← and → buttons to step to the previous or next period, and Today to jump back to the current one. The label beside them shows the visible range. Your chosen view and any filters stay applied as you move.

On your phone

Phones show two views — Day and List — with a pinned header that stays put as you scroll: tap the month name to open a date picker, tap a day in the week strip to jump there, and use Today any time. Day shows every room’s events on one timeline by default, side by side — pick a single room in Filter to see just that room’s schedule and free time. If you can book, tapping an empty slot starts a reservation there. Tapping an event slides its details up from the bottom — see Event details.

Colors and icons

An event’s fill color is its room; its icon is its event type. A room legend appears under the filters on larger screens. All times are shown in the venue’s local timezone.
